Overview
TEAM Rock This Town is part of the IRONMAN Foundation’s fundraising team. TEAM Rock This Town is a network of Rock 'n' Roll Running Series athletes that Race For More and are dedicated to leaving their impact legacy in race communities long after race day. Through TEAM Rock This Town, athletes have the opportunity to fundraise to support the IRONMAN Foundation’s mission while racing a Rock 'n' Roll Running Series event of their choice at no additional cost. Funds directly benefit those communities where Rock 'n' Roll Running Series events are held by providing charitable support to a variety of local nonprofit organizations that provide support to their local community.
IRONMAN Foundation athletes receive special benefits, including a complimentary Rock 'n' Roll Running Series event entry, custom shirt, invitations to exclusive in-person and virtual events, access to a network of other IRONMAN Foundation Athletes, and more.

TEAM Rock This Town is a network of IRONMAN Foundation athletes that Race For More and are dedicated to leaving their legacy in race communities long after race day. It is an inclusive and diverse team comprised of every type of athlete from first timers to veteran athletes.
When registering for a Rock 'n' Roll Running Series event, athletes can race to support the IRONMAN Foundation and its Community Fund through TEAM Rock This Town.
The IRONMAN Foundation’s Community Fund directly benefits the race communities where The IRONMAN Group® events are held by providing charitable support to a variety of local nonprofit organizations.
There are a limited number of slots available for TEAM Rock This Town at each Rock 'n' Roll Running Series event listed. TEAM Rock This Town slots are available on a first come, first served basis. If all the slots have been filled, TEAM Rock This Town will start a waitlist.
What do I have to do as a TEAM Rock This Town athlete?
Your Commitment to the IRONMAN Foundation:
- Fundraise for the IRONMAN Foundation’s Community Fund.
- Submit a $25 registration fee that also counts towards your fundraising minimum.
- Raise your full fundraising commitment no later than 2 weeks prior to your race day.
- Create real change in our race communities all over the world and leave your legacy behind long after race day.
What do I receive as a TEAM Rock This Town athlete?
The IRONMAN Foundation’s Commitment to You:

How much do I have to raise?
TEAM Rock This Town - $500
TEAM Rock This Town or TEAM IMF ALUM - $450
TEAM Rock This Town HAVE AN ENTRY - $300

How do I sign up?
- Once you select your race, visit the Select your TEAM Rock This Town race section and click on the event you would like to race with TEAM IMF.
- (If you are a TEAM Rock This Town or TEAM IMF Alum, or already have a race entry, please email athletesupport@ironmanfoundation.org to get your discounted fundraising code!)
- Select "Register Now" and follow the registration steps to create your personal fundraising page.
- Accept the TEAM Rock This Town terms and conditions.
- Start fundraising!
- Stay up to date with TEAM Rock This Town happenings leading up to the race.
- Once you are fully fundraised you will be eligible for your complimentary race entry.
What if I already have a race entry?
Athletes who have already purchased their entries are more than welcome to join TEAM Rock This Town at a lower fundraising commitment.
These athletes enjoy the same benefits as TEAM Rock This Town members, creating a lasting tangible impact in their race communities.

What if I raise more than my minimum?
Event Top Fundraiser: The athlete from each TEAM Rock This Town event who raises more than $500 over their required fundraising commitment and has raised the most funds as of the final deadline (14 days prior to each race) will be that events Top Fundraiser. As Top Fundraiser you will receive two race-day VIP passes (for select races where VIP is available).
